Our Team
Overview
Tiffany Augustine is the founder and Managing Director of the firm, bringing over a decade of legal experience across both public and private sectors. Her practice spans real estate, corporate and commercial law, family law, immigration, and employment matters, enabling her to provide well-rounded and practical legal solutions to individuals and businesses.
She has extensive experience navigating complex regulatory environments, structuring sophisticated transactions, and negotiating high-value agreements with major corporations and government entities. Her strategic and business-oriented approach ensures clients receive not only legal advice but also solutions aligned with their broader objectives.
She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Commercial & Corporate Law (Distinction) from the University of the West Indies, as well as a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School.
As Managing Director, she oversees the firm’s strategic direction, legal operations, and client experience, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service standard.

Overview
Hodine Williams brings over 12 years of legal experience across Jamaica, Canada, and the United Kingdom, with a strong background in litigation, regulatory law, and corporate governance.
He began his career within Jamaica’s Ministry of National Security, where he advised on regulatory frameworks and government contracts. As a Prosecutor and Crown Counsel, he handled complex criminal matters, including financial crimes and cybercrime, earning a reputation for precision and strong advocacy.
He later served as Head of Legal, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs for an international financial services organization in the UK, advising on financial regulation, anti-money laundering (AML), data privacy, and corporate governance.
In Canada, his work has focused on human rights and access to justice, representing clients in matters involving housing, education, and public institutions.
He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, with a specialization in international trade, finance, and regulatory compliance.
